Native Animal Rescue

From April through June, hundreds of starving Brown Pelicans
turned up weak and disoriented on the beaches of Santa Cruz.
Over 240 starving pelicans were brought to NAR by 
volunteers and concerned locals for treatment.   

It was heartbreaking to see so much suffering, but
heartwarming that so many people wanted to help.                                                                                                             .

Pelicans and to all of you who helped us get  through this crisis.
